Home Staging Process

1. First Consultation

Our first step is to assess your property! We will then request a floor plan including square footage and will confirm our Staging Quote based on our pricing structure. We will also request internal photos to best understand the styling required to reflect the lifestyle of your target audience and the visual perception of your space.

2. On Site Assessment

We will arrange a site visit with either you, your agent or unaccompanied to understand the property’s layout and nuances and finalise our styling specification. We can also suggest any minor enhancements for example, changing a light fitting; a minor paint touch up etc. which will be an additional cost to our Staging Quote if required.

3. Styling Specification

Our Interior Styling Team will create a scheme for the space wholly reflecting the target audience with a curated selection of furniture, soft furnishings, accessories and art to ensure your space is the epitome of contemporary style and comfort. We will then submit the Staging Quote and list of suggested furnishings for your approval.

4. The Contract & Invoice

Once you are happy with the Staging Quote, we will send your contract and invoice and we will discuss the critical date for installation which will be confirmed on receipt of payment.

5. Delivery & Installation

Our Interior Installation Team will deliver, install and meticulously stage your property within 7 to 10 working days on receipt of the keys. The installation usually takes 1-2 days to complete after which we will return your keys to your agent ready for photographing your property.
